Najiz Center provides judicial services to over 60K clients since launched

The Najiz is a model center managed by the ministry of justice (MOJ) in partnership with the private sector. It services businessmen and individuals and provides all ministry services under one roof. It operates in high quality and professional work environment to save the client time and effort.

Najiz has served over 60,000 clients since its launch in March 2020, the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) revealed.

The center extends over 120 services; the most popular include filing a claim, enforcement application, e-conveyance of real estate, power of attorney, and legal counseling. Moreover, it recently added new services such as filing a commercial claim, enforcement dispute, and applications by enforcement parties; and is working on adding more services.

According to the ministry’s statistics, the center’s clients have surpassed 35,000 in 2021, reaching out services in flexible working hours in cooperation with legal specialists from the private sector.
The Center contributes to enhancing judicial services in a way that satisfies the client and achieves the ministry’s goal of excellence in government performance under Saudi Vision 2030.

The MOJ announced that the Case Verification Center has received ISO 9001:2015 certification for the quality management system after thorough inspection by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

“This model is the culmination of the center’s and the ministry’s efforts to upgrade judicial work and improve the client experience through precise and organized procedures,” said Salman Al-Fawzan, the deputy minister for judicial affairs.

“The Case Verification Center has undergone several stages, including research and evaluation; preparation for implementation; documentation of the system; implementation of the documented system; internal review; and finally, external review by the ISO,” he added.

Since its launch in November 2019, the center has performed over 2.4 million verifications for cases filed in partnership with over 180 Saudi courts.

It aims at enhancing efficiency and promoting institutional justice through expediting decisions on cases, reducing hearings, and facilitating litigation procedures.
